Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Islet app ("Islet", "the app"). By downloading or using Islet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

Islet grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Your content

Photos you capture with Islet are yours. They are stored on your device, and you are solely responsible for them — including backing them up and how you choose to share them. Islet does not claim any ownership of your photos and never uploads them (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Islet for anything unlawful, or to create content that infringes others' rights.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

4. The app is provided "as is"

Islet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weigibbor Labos (GE Labs) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of photos or data, arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
