The short version: Islet is a fully on-device instant camera. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads. Your photos never leave your device unless you choose to share them.

What we collect

Nothing. Islet has no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics. We do not know who you are, and we never see the photos you take.

Camera & photos

Islet uses your iPhone's camera so you can take instant photos. Every photo you capture is processed and stored locally on your device. If you choose to save a print to your Photos library or share it, that happens entirely through iOS — your images are never uploaded to us or to any third party.

Permissions

Camera — required to take photos.
Photo Library — optional, only used when you save or share a print.

You can change these at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

Third parties

Islet contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is sent to any external service.

Data sharing & sale

Because we never collect your data, there is nothing for us to share, rent, or sell.

Children's privacy

Islet does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Islet changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above before that version ships.
